CZTS

The research project on Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4, (CZT(S,Se))-based solar cells is mainly focused on the following items:

• development of CZT(S,Se) as absorber material for solar cells by using abundant and environmentally sustainable elements.
• the CZT(S,Se) thin film will be realized with the technique developed by ThiFiLab, which consists of the sputtering deposition of the (ZnSe, SnSe and Cu) precursors and subsequent selenization/sulphurization in (Se,S) vapour.
